Illegal residents who completed vaccination with three doses in Korea by April 30,
2022 will be granted fine exemptions and a suspension of entry restrictions on the condition of voluntarily
leaving Korea by October 31, 2022.
- Exception applies to criminal offenders, Covid rule violators and immigration offenders
apprehended by relevant authorities.-
※ All other voluntary departures should be applied in line with the existing
Preliminary Declaration of Voluntary Departure.
