2023 Voluntary Departure Program for Illegal Foreign Residents

Starting from September 11, 2023, illegal foreign residents who voluntarily depart Korea by December 31, 2023 

will be granted a fine exemption and suspension of entry restrictions.

▶ Target Group : illegal foreign residents who voluntarily depart Korea during the effective period

▶ Effective Period : from Sep 11, 2023 to Dec 31, 2023
