Ministry of Justice Tips for Smoother Immigration Procedures

On September 4, 2024, Justice Minister Park, Sung Jae visited the Incheon Airport Immigration Office and promoted various immigration clearance measures together with the Social Integration Immigrant Mentor Group.

Minister Park held a promotional event at the arrival hall to inform travelers about the various convenient immigration procedures available, aiming to prevent any inconveniences due to lack of awareness.

Tips for enjoying smoother. more convenient immigration procedures being implemented by the Ministry of Justice 1 Marriage migrants and their accompanying family members, overseas Koreans, and permanent residents can use both the entry lane for Korean passport holders and the foreign passport lane.

Tips for enjoying smoother. more convenient immigration procedures being implemented by the Ministry of Justice 3 Korean nationals aged 17 and older who hold a national ID card can conveniently use Automated Immigration Clearance Service without prior registration. Prior registration is required for those aged between 7 and 16.

The Ministry of Justice will keep striving to create a more convenient environment for immigration procedures by gathering diverse feedback.
